Muscat – H E Sheikh Khalifa Ali al Harthy, Undersecretary for Political Affairs in the Foreign Ministry, officially received a copy of the credentials of Andy Rodriguez Duran, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to the Sultanate of Oman, on Thursday. The formal ceremony took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, marking a significant step in the diplomatic relations between the two nations.
During the meeting, Sheikh Khalifa welcomed the Ambassador and expressed his sincere wishes for success in his new diplomatic assignment. He emphasised Oman’s commitment to fostering bilateral relations and looked forward to a period of enhanced growth and cooperation between the Sultanate and the Dominican Republic. The Ambassador, in turn, expressed his readiness to work towards strengthening ties across various sectors of mutual interest.
