MUSCAT : LuLu Exchange marked a significant milestone by celebrating 15 years of service in Oman, reaffirming its position as one of the country’s most trusted cross-border payments providers. The anniversary celebration, held at its customer engagement centre in Oman Avenues Mall, brought together management, staff members, customers, community representatives, and partners to honour the company’s journey, express gratitude, and reaffirm its enduring commitment to the people of Oman.

As part of the celebrations, LuLu Exchange unveiled its 2026 calendar, showcasing 12 outstanding artworks created by young winners of the LuLu Exchange Art Competition. Held under the theme “Oman Through Little Eyes,” the competition invited children to express the nation’s rich culture, heritage, and scenic beauty through their own imaginative perspectives, reflecting pride in Oman’s heritage and optimism for the future.

Speaking at the celebration, Mr. Mohammed Hamed Ali Al Ghazali, Director, LuLu Exchange Oman, said, “Reaching a 15-year milestone in the Sultanate is a moment of great pride for all of us at LuLu Exchange. It reflects the trust our customers have placed in our services and our ongoing efforts to make currency exchange and cross-border payments simple, reliable and accessible for everyone. We remain steadfast in our mission to serve the community with heart and integrity.”

Mr. Lathish Vichitran, General Manager, LuLu Exchange Oman, added, Over the past 15 years, LuLu Exchange has grown through innovation and a strong focus on customer centricity. From expanding our branch network to driving digitalization through the LuLu Money App, we have made money transfers simple, secure, and accessible. We sincerely thank our customers for their trust and our teams for their dedication. As we celebrate 15 Years of Trust and Commitment, we look forward to continuing our journey with integrity and excellence.

Highlighting the people centric culture of the organisation, Mr. Mohammed Al Kiyumi, Head of HR, LuLu Exchange Oman, said, “Behind every successful organization, are people who believe in its purpose. At LuLu Exchange, our employees are our greatest strength. Their dedication, professionalism, and customer-first mindset have shaped who we are today.
