MUSCAT : Omani authorities have announced the temporary closure of the Aqabat Al-Amerat road due to expected heavy rainfall in the coming hours, as a precaution to ensure public safety.
Officials advised motorists to use alternative routes until further notice and urged drivers to strictly adhere to safe driving guidelines during wet weather conditions.
