MUSCAT : According to the North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command, the driver was identified and stopped after footage showed him performing reckless stunts, disturbing public order, and subsequently fleeing the scene of the accident.
Police confirmed that legal procedures are currently being completed against the individual.
